Construction process and operation points of floor

  • Detail

The construction process of sticking floor tiles on the ground: base course treatment - sticking ash cake, screeding - Cushion - plastering bonding layer mortar - sticking ceramic floor tiles - uniform joint - Cleaning - curing

1. Reinforced concrete floor slab

2. A layer of plain cement mortar bonding layer

3. 20mm thick 1:3 cement mortar leveling layer, with small splayed corners

4. Water emulsion rubber asphalt waterproof coating, a cloth and four coats of waterproof layer, rolled up 150mm high around, bonded with coarse sand outside, paved with 300mm wide

5, 40&mdash at the door; 50 thick 1:2:4 fine aggregate concrete looks for flashing from the door to the floor drain, and the lowest part is not less than 30mm thick

6, 20mm thick 1:4 dry hard cement mortar bonding layer

7, a plain cement bonding layer

8, remove the plain cement surface (sprinkle an appropriate amount of water)

9, 8— 10mm thick paved floor, dry cement joint wiping

key points of operation:

1. If the base course is a concrete floor and ground, and it is relatively smooth, it should be roughened, with a depth of 5-10mm, and the spacing of chiseling marks is about 30mm. Pay attention to cleaning the residual mortar and dust on the surface of the base course, and wash

2, snap lines, positioning:

1) diagonal positioning method &mdash& mdash; The brick joint forms a 45 degree angle with the wall corner

2) right angle positioning method &mdash& mdash; The brick joint is parallel to the wall

when snapping the line, pop up the mutually perpendicular positioning line with the center of the room as the origin, and note:

1) reserve 200mm&mdash from the wall; 300mm is the adjustment interval

2) if the varieties of floor tiles inside and outside the room are different, the junction line should be set at the inconspicuous place

3. Set the standard height surface of the ground, T-shaped for the smaller room, cross shaped for the larger room, and paste two rows of floor tiles

4. When paving, the cement slurry should be fully hung on the back of the tiles, and tamped with a rubber hammer, and checked and corrected with a level ruler while pasting, and immediately wipe off the cement slurry on the surface

5 After paving and curing for 2 hours, wipe the joints with dry cement and wipe the surface of ceramic tiles
